Community Persistence

• Fixed joined communities not being saved correctly after restarting the game.
• Added a persistent local membership marker for every joined community.
• Missing membership entries are now reconstructed automatically during startup.
• Existing memberships are migrated automatically to the new system.
• Locally owned communities remain visible and joined after updates.
• Local membership data cannot be changed through network synchronization.
• Membership markers are removed correctly when a player is kicked from a community.

Reliability

• Added redundant membership storage to protect against interrupted saves and incomplete migrations.
• Improved recovery of valid community data from existing SavedVariables.
• Prevented synchronized directory updates from removing local membership information.
