  - Limited the default one-time close routes background calculation speed to a value that should have no or very minor effects on the game performance. Will take much longer to complete the process though.
  - Changed the close routes background calculation to automatically stop while you're in dungeons / raids / other instanced areas
  - Added options under Navigation > Options > Cache Calculation to enable/disable the close routes background calculation and to set the calculation speed aka performance loss (lower speed means better performance, default is 3)
  - Added a slash command /sku calc to enable/disable the close routes background calculation
  - A lot of Spirit Healer waypoints added
  - Fixed the Molten Front area
  - LFD menu fixed
  - Debug module added
