SkillScore

Added DataBase functions.

Mouseover strictly uses entries from the database.

To obtain a SkillScore you need to target a player.

Mouseover is now, by default, enabled. That is, until you toggle it off.

When you /ss a player, it will not only request their SkillScore, but it will look if you have it in your Database.

When targeting players, you may experience "lag", this is due to GearScore, and will be fixed ASAP! If you are experiencing lag when you click on a player, please use GearScore Lite. This fixes the issue.
