Skilless Acomplishment Forever

Asmongold mocks you on level up for just playing the game a lot when you level up. Simple Sound file is played 4 seconds after leveling. Best Addon I've ever used.
Original Addon made by JCRatfish: https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/skilless-accomplishment
This original sound bite came from Asmongold roasting the accomplishments of a friend of mine. We thought it was a hilariously bad take, so back WotLK Classic JCRatfish turned it into an addon that just plays this one line of dialogue when you level. I'm simply remaking JCRatfish's addon for Forever, used google AI to remake it.
If this addon breaks type this in game:
/dump select(4, GetBuildInfo())
Take that number, and paste over the following number in the ToC file:
## Interface: 16001
## Interface: [Whatever that macro showed]
