    Remove saved-variables workaround and item level tooltip

    The client patch fixed saved variables being discarded when they held
    Auctionator's binary price data, so the hex wrapper, persistence probe
    and related debug output are no longer needed. Old probe fields are
    cleared from saved data on load. The item level tooltip line is removed.
