File Name

SimpleStats-1.7.4.zip

Supported Versions

  • 7.2.0

Changes in 1.7.4:

  • Updated TOC version to 7.2

Changes in 1.7.3:

  • Hopefully fixed the phantom tooltip issue for real this time
  • Item level comparisons should now be much more accurate

Changes in 1.7.2:

  • (May not work) Hopefully fixed the issue with phantom tooltips showing up in the corner of the screen

Changes in 1.7.1:

  • No longer considers two of the same item with different Warforged/Titanforged levels identical

Changes in 1.7:

  • Updated TOC version to 7.0
  • Added preliminary (possibly wrong) support for Demon Hunters
  • Fixed 'Useful to current specialization' option for Shamans not working properly
  • Updated Survival Hunter useful weapon types (possibly wrong)
  • Removed Spirit and Multistrike

Changes in 1.6.4:

  • Stat changes no longer show up on Baleful tokens or the Empowered Apexis Fragment

Changes in 1.6.3:

  • Updated TOC version to 6.2

Changes in 1.6.2:

  • Updated TOC version to 6.1

Changes in 1.6.1:

  • Fixed bug when hovering over a trinket when using the AutoBar addon

Changes in 1.6:

  • New option to hide stat comparisons if the item level of the item is lower than what you have equipped
  • Stat comparisons no longer show up when you hover over an equipped item in your character sheet
  • Eliminated unnecessary headers (like "Trinket 1:") being printed to the tooltip with no text under them in some circumstances
  • Negative item level stat color is slightly more orange to make it stand out a bit more

Changes in 1.5:

  • Re-added Dodge and Parry since they still exist on <100 random items (such as 'of the Champion')
  • Allowed stat comparisons on common (white gear), since at very low levels being able to see armor and DPS changes is still useful
  • DPS changes are now rounded to two decimal places instead of rounded down to a whole number
  • Added a function meant to be called from other AddOns to augment a given tooltip with a stat comparison between two given items: SimpleStats:ShowStatChanges(tooltip, currentItem, newItem). currentItem/newItem can either be a table from GetItemStats() or a raw itemstring.

Changes in 1.4.1:

  • Garrison mission gear tokens (both for followers and yourself) no longer show stat comparisons
  • Added German translations (thanks xebtria!)
  • Added Traditional Chinese translations (thanks BNSSNB!)

Changes in 1.4:

Massive overhaul! You will need to restart your game after updating to 1.4.

  • Switched to global strings, which means the addon will now work in any client language, not just English!
  • Added localization support for translation of the options panel. Help translate here!
  • Added support for all new minor stats in Warlords (Indestructible, Leech, Speed, Avoidance)
  • Implemented 'smart' armor and weapon type selections - you can now show comparisons on all armor/weapons, only those usable by your class, only those USEFUL to your class, or only those useful to your current spec (weapons only)
  • Added item level option
  • Smarter 'identical item' check - now takes into account difficulty (Raid Finder vs Heroic), random bonuses (minor stats), and suffixes (of the Fireflash)
  • When looking at a 1H weapon, comparisons are no longer shown for both weapon slots if you can't actually dual wield
  • Much better handling for multi-slot items, like rings, trinkets, and weapons
  • Removed all unnecessary lines in comparisons (extra blank lines, "Trinket 1:" with nothing under it, etc.)
  • By default, the addon now uses character-specific profiles on every new character instead of a shared default profile, which should mean less work to have different stats shown on different characters
  • When hiding comparisons for gear with primary stats you're not showing, it now shows the comparison if it also has a primary stat you ARE showing (for example, an item with Agi and Int now shows comparisons, even though it has Int and you're not showing Int)
  • Merged all resistance options into one
  • Merged all gem socket options into one
