Fix: Frame no longer blocks mouse clicks on underlying UI
- Mouse interaction was permanently enabled on the main frame (leftover from drag setup)
- Now disabled by default, only active while CTRL+SHIFT is held for repositioning
- Removes click interference with overlapping UI elements (minimap buttons, action bars,
etc.)
