New Features

- Added live own Target-Block support while solo with EllesmereUI when EUI is configured to keep the player's party frame visible.
  - Respects EUI Self Position configurations, including hidden self frames.
  - Requires SPT's own-target and solo-own-target options to be enabled.

- Expanded Raid-Marker positioning with nine selectable locations:
  - Top Left
  - Top
  - Top Right
  - Left
  - Center
  - Right
  - Bottom Left
  - Bottom
  - Bottom Right
  - All positions are available across supported party-frame providers and horizontal/vertical layouts.
  - Added separate Horizontal Offset and Vertical Offset sliders for 1-pixel fine-tuning.

Improvements

- Replaced the old Raid-Marker radio-button selector with a dropdown for cleaner position selection.
- Raid-Marker Reset now returns the stored position to Top, matching SPT's normal default marker placement.
- Updated the General-tab solo-own-target option wording to reflect support for both Danders Frames and EllesmereUI.
