SimpleLootCouncil is a loot council addon for Retail and WoW: Forever raids, designed from the ground up to ensure you never have to restart another loot session because someone reloaded, relogged, or disconnected. SimpleLootCouncil has a robust run-recovery caching system that ensures things just work.

Built for Retail Loot

The group leader automatically rolls Need, and the specified loot council votes on who the item should be awarded to. When an item is awarded, its holder is told, and opening a trade with the winner fills it automatically. An award only counts as delivered once the item has actually changed hands.

As Well as WoW: Forever

WoW: Forever has its own Master Looter auto-loot that bypasses the loot funnel, and everything else works as it does on retail.

Decentralized Loot Distribution

Loot does not have to be in the group leader’s or Loot Master’s bags to be added to a session. Any council member’s raid loot with a trade timer can be viewed and used to start a loot session. Council members can also request, or even start, loot sessions themselves if the setting is enabled. Distributing the workload of managing raid loot has never been so easy.

Light on Screen Space

SimpleLootCouncil offers compact options for the council voting frame and the loot response frames. They take up less screen space, making it easier to keep playing while managing loot.

Performant at Any Scale

Answers from a 40-player raid cost about 0.04 ms each. The council table redraws in place, at most a few times a second, and addon messages are paced so other addons are never crowded out.

Import award history from RCLootCouncil or Loothing, from saved data or a pasted CSV, so your council isn’t starting blind.

SimpleLootCouncil runs on every World of Warcraft client language: rolls are read from chat, plurals and punctuation follow your language, and Cyrillic, Korean and Chinese text draws in the right font.

SimpleLootCouncil has completed draft translations for the entire addon, in every language World of Warcraft supports. We are very eager to have native speakers review the work and offer their input on where improvements can be made

SimpleLootCouncil is currently in public beta testing. If you encounter issues, please report them.

Getting Started

Install it for everyone who takes part, then /reload. The group leader runs loot by default. Add your council with /slc council add Name-Realm, and type /slc for settings or /slc help for every command.
