Simple Threat Plates

A simple lightweight addon that changes the colour of the default nameplates based on threat.
What's new
There was an issue with "CompactUnitFrame_UpdateAggroFlash" hook on secure function in classic. This is resolved by having the addon instead poll all nameplates every 0.1s instead of on aggro change, this does take a slight hit on performance; however this does not seem to impact the classic client too much.
