Simple Scrolling Loot

Added

• Built-in Arial Narrow, Friz Quadrata TT, Morpheus, and Skurri choices, available without a shared-font provider. These use existing WoW font assets.
• Appearance font selector using fonts registered by enabled addons through LibSharedMedia-3.0. Integration is optional; no library or font files are bundled.
• Immediate updates to visible notifications, support for late-loading font providers, and a Blizzard fallback that preserves an unavailable selection.

Testing

• Offline Lua 5.1, font selection/fallback, late-provider, database migration, notification rendering, and all three client TOC checks passed.
• Manual font checks pending on Era, TBC, and Forever: change fonts with preview visible, reload, disable/re-enable the provider, and try a long item name.
• Capture /ssloot debug api with each live-client test.
