    v2.3.0: Improve tooltip with LibQTip, simplify UI colors and options

    - Add LibQTip for 3-column aligned tooltip (faction | standing | value)
    - Show session gains as green current value instead of separate +N text
    - Show session gain details on faction hover tooltip
    - Remove settings menu (right-click options) - always show bars/dungeons/session
    - Simplify popup colors: standing text grey, dungeons uniform grey
    - Separate standing into its own FontString for vertical alignment in popup
    - Minimap button now shows full reputation tooltip on hover
    - Unify value format spacing (current / max)
