    v2.2.0: Fix phantom session rep gains on login

    Session tracking now uses relative values (current/maximum within
    standing) instead of absolute barValue, matching Broker_Everything's
    approach. Baselines are initialized at PLAYER_ENTERING_WORLD instead
    of ADDON_LOADED to ensure faction data is stable. Standing changes
    are explicitly handled with baseline adjustment.
