2.0 - working code for 1.7 changes
1.7 - added Thunderforged/Elite text info
1.6 - everyone, not only Master Looter, can force chat output by holding Left Ctrl button while opening loot

1.4 - added option to force item output when holding left control key during loot opening

- fixed, hopefully, counter for duplicated items
