UI polish:
- Added dark header bars to the main window and minimized widget.
- Header dividers now follow the current SGR theme border color.
- Cleaned up minimized widget header spacing and alignment.
- Reduced minimized widget title font size so the title no longer clips under the buttons.

Minimized widget:
- Added a resize grip to the bottom-right corner.
- Minimized widget size is now saved between sessions.
- Queue/list area now expands when the widget is resized, giving longer player names more room.
- Kept Scan, Stop, Invite, and Invite All buttons fixed-size while resizing.

Compatibility:
- Changes apply to Retail, TBC, and Vanilla/Classic builds because all versions share the same UI/MainFrame.lua file.
