Simple Gear Planner

A simple gear planner that lets the player track items they want, be it BiS or something else. An alert will show when entering a dungeon or raid with tracked items. When a tracked item drops, an alert will be shown.
What's new
- Added a Whats New to config window and as a window when updating the addon.
- Rebuilt the config window for a better look.
- The tier set count only counts Catalyst items in the five set slots (head, shoulders, chest, gloves, legs), so a Catalyst weapon or other piece no longer makes two set items show as 3 of 4.
