Simple Gear Planner

A simple gear planner that lets the player track items they want, be it BiS or something else. An alert will show when entering a dungeon or raid with tracked items. When a tracked item drops, an alert will be shown.
What's new
- Added a dropdown menu for location based on the current season dungeons and raids.
- When adding more positions on each itemslot, more then two made it cluttered, they are now in a drop down menu.
- Simple Gear Planner should not update during combat anymore.
- Made the alert for when a tracked item drops in M+ and someone else in the group looted it.
- Off-hand is now allowing weapons, for you dual wield enthusiasts.
- LAIR is now named The Tidebound Grotto
- Fixed a bug where the raid items wouldnt seed the browser if the player was in a dungeon.
