Functionality:
-Shows Energy + Combo Points in the middle of the screen
-Frame is movable, with lock / unlock
-Reset Position centers the frame and auto-unlocks it
-Font size sliders for Energy and Combo Points
-Color pickers for Energy and Combo Points text
