Simple Faction Nameplate addon

Key changes from the previous versions:

• PREVIEW_ICON_SIZE_CAP = 64 is now a named constant at the top of the config file, used both in the clamping logic and interpolated directly into the preview label text — so if you ever change the cap, one edit updates everything
• previewIcon is now parented to previewBar instead of previewInner
• The sliders table is renamed to controls and the OnShow loop uses it for both sliders and checkboxes
• The dead first panel.name line is removed
• The misleading reload warning is removed
• disableInArena and disableInBattleground defaults, the zone check helper, PLAYER_ENTERING_WORLD handling, and the two checkboxes with a section label are all in place
