Simple Corrosive Codex

Replaces the default Corrosive Codex frame with an compact easier to read list and description of each power. Active powers are highlighted in green and a handy corrosive souls counter is included in the top left corner.  Typing /scc will bring up the UI but you need to be near an Altar of Corrosion in order to change abilities.
