Combat indicator on the top of the screen

Description
Combat Indicator is extremely simple addon which notifies you about combat's start and end. Especially useful when you are riding your mount and aggro some random mobs, you will be notified by big icon on the top of the screen and sound, so you will try your best to avoid fight and don't be thrown off your mount.
/ci command enables you with an ability to turn on/off the sound and visual icon.
