• fix: Keep the bar's channel sticky, merge whisper buttons and bump version to 3.2.1
  The bar's selection is now set as the edit box's sticky type, so Yell,
  Emote and Raid Warning no longer fall back to Say after a send, and the
  remembered channel is re-applied on login and reload. Keybinds go
  through ActivateChannel like button clicks. Officer chat follows the
  officer rank, the bar is clamped to the screen, and switching or
  resetting the profile restores that profile's bar position.
  Battle.net Whisper is folded into Whisper, which opens the client's
  smart /w, and the Battleground channel is gone (battlegrounds use
  Instance chat). Profile v4 migrates both.
  UpdateButtons skips the rebuild when the visible channels are unchanged,
  and flash alerts use a single timer instead of a 0.1s ticker. Chat
  payloads are checked with issecretvalue instead of pcall.
  Locales move to enUS.lua with L["KEY"] syntax. Adds CLAUDE.md, lint
  configs and project skills, all excluded from the package.
