• feat: Replace skin system with code-driven theme engine for 3.0.0
  Remove Skins/ and Textures.lua in favor of a theme engine that paints
  every surface from theme tokens. Adds Core/Pixel.lua for pixel-snapped
  borders, Core/Theme.lua for tokens, Flat and Glass themes, and a
  Design.lua engine that consumes the theme registry.
  Also rebuilds the settings panel on DropdownButton/MenuUtil, bundles
  Expressway Free, normalizes channel colors to a fixed luminance, and
  adds an accent color system with class color as the default.
