Added mountCache to cope with missing entries in the static mount table (hopefully will get api to get spell ID from getActionInfo() one day...).
Corrected the PetJournal load to Collections (should fix the missing ToyBox).
Added clearmountcache command to clear the mount cache just in case of issues.
Renamed clearcache command to clearspellcache.
