• Bump version to 12.1.0-03
• Keep the README screenshots out of the packaged zip
  docs/screenshots is ~1.9 MB of PNGs that only ever render on GitHub, which
  made the zip roughly ten times the size of the addon itself.
  The dotfile entries that were in the ignore list are dead config: the
  packager's copy step prunes everything starting with a dot before the
  ignore patterns are even consulted, so .github and .pkgmeta were never
  being copied in the first place.
