SilentRotate

The addon was barely usable since the introduction of the The Burning Crusade Classic and cross-realm raids within Classic Era.

This release fixes the issues mentioned above as well as introducing new features:

• Misdirection mode for Hunters (only for The Burning Crusade Classic)
• Addon version is shared between players of the same raid*
• A Blind icon next to a player name indicates which players have not installed SilentRotate or have a too old version*
• An explicit version check can be performed through the "/silentrotate version" or "/silentrotate check" command*
• The SilentRotate window can be shown/hidden through the "/silentrotate show" and "/silentrotate hide" commands
• The project ID (Era or Classic) is now detected and a few things are updated accordingly

The last feature will adjust spells such as Fear Ward which is different between Era and TBC. If you encounter such spells that SilentRotate does not handle correctly, or any kind of other issues, feel free to report them to the issue tracker https://github.com/ennvina/silentrotate/issues
