Complete new features as requested.

- Scoreboard during Mid game and End of game match's are completely nuked of all information, you will not be able to see or track anything within the matches at all now. (ON by default for fresh installs)
- UI Enhancements
- Added UI feature check box option to turn off or on the scoreboard informations (both mid game and end of game scoreboards)
- Fixed a minor issue with tooltips in game having slight misalignments etc. 
- Cleaned code up and ensured performance. 
- End of match results are also now hidden (DEFEAT, VICTORY, DRAW)
