- Fixed an issue that was hiding the "Screenshot Taken" flavor text when user took screenshots in some use cases
- Fixed an issue that was hiding the LFG tooltips for custom/arena etc in the LFG panel. now only properly hides the tooltips inside of the pvp rating window only. 
- TOC file updated to account for all of these changes.
