Description
siikk-Layer shows you which layer (copy of the world) you are currently on.
WoW Forever has no fixed realms anymore – the game splits the world into several layers. siikk-Layer puts a small display below your minimap, e.g. "Layer 18853".
FEATURES
- Detects your layer from NPCs near you (target, mouseover, nameplates). As soon as two different NPCs report the same number, your layer is known.
- Layer change alert: chat message, sound and a short green glow – e.g. after a group invite moves you to another layer.
- Guild & group sync: if your guildmates or group also use siikk-Layer, the tooltip shows who in your zone is on which layer, and the display counts along (e.g. "2/3").
- Small, movable display; left-click prints your layer to chat, right-click opens the settings.
- Own minimap button, introduction on first start and a "What's new?" window after updates.
- Languages: English, Deutsch, Русский, Français, Español (switch with /sprache).
GOOD TO KNOW
- Layer IDs are per zone: the same layer has a different number in another zone, so the addon measures again after a zone change.
- Dungeons and battlegrounds have no layers.
