Full rewrite with a proper config panel and saved views system.

- New config panel (`/se config`) — draggable, position saved between sessions
- Checkboxes for every display field: toggle anything on or off without slash commands
- **Defaults** button resets all fields back to built-in defaults
- Saved views — save a named snapshot of your current field settings, load or delete them from the panel or via `/se view <name>`
- Delete confirmation prompt so you can't accidentally wipe a saved view
- Added hover unit info fields: level, race/class, guild, NPC title, faction, AFK/DND, PvP flag, group role, raid marker
- Panel scroll frame handles long checkbox lists cleanly
- Replaced EasyMenu dropdown (removed in retail 10.x) with a custom popup frame
- Compatible with WoW Forever and Classic Beta
