- Assume Serpent Sting has full duration on target it is casted on for 1.5 sec to avoid traveling time problems
- During this change, I have discovered that Multi-Shot travels at 28 yds/sec and Arcane Shot travels at 37 yds/sec, cool to know
- Which also means at 40 yds, longest Serpent Sting on main target would take 1.43 seconds to apply
