Battle shout is raid-wide now, rendering this useless

Will see if i can improve it to track the whole raid without being ass, TBD

Requires EllesmereUI

ShoutTracker shows your Battle Shout on every party member, even in combat. Each player gets a slot, and the game fills it with the buff and its time left. Empty slot = missing your shout.

This is currently, as far as I know the most accurate way to see battle shout on your party members due to new addon limitations.
