Fix spell ID for Runescroll of Fortitude 2.
Check if we are a prot warrior, not if we are in def stance.
Clear current shout on spec change.
If we have both, prefer to duplicate the buff with the
shorter duration (e.g., if we have Power Word: Fortitude
and Horn of Winter then we'll prefer Battle Shout).
