First release of version 2.0

    - preparing to release version 2
    - Fixed importing of old configuration options. Added a button to reset each individual color to its default values.
    - First commit of version 2.0
    - fixed critical strike coloring caused by adding Critical
    - did some testing for item comparison using SimpleStats, changed to global phrases for caching
