Shiny Loot Forever

Shiny Loot Forever is a lightweight addon for WoW Forever that restores the classic sparkle effect on lootable objects while keeping Outline Mode disabled.

WoW Forever can reset the required settings when changing graphics options or presets, and again after restarting the game. Shiny Loot Forever automatically keeps the correct settings applied so you don't have to enter console commands every time.

Turning the sparkle effect off

Disabling Shiny Loot Forever will stop the addon from enforcing the settings, but WoW will keep the console variables that were already changed.

After disabling the addon, either reapply one of your Graphics Presets, or manually restore the settings with:

/console outlineModeShowLootEffectWhenDisabled 0
/console graphicsOutlineMode 2

Then fully restart the game for the change to take effect.
