Adds multiple sounds that might be useful for Raid and or Dungeons.
The goal was to allow any repeated mechanics to be called out via Sound instead of needing a person/raid leader to constantly call it out like a robot.
The Audio isn't super robotic and is the same voice across the entire pack.
This was Orignally made for my guild, so I'll add any new sounds if we find it to be useful or if it's a solid idea.
