v3.1.4: --Reworked how flight forms work. Now auto-detects what you have (Flight form, swift flight form, cold weather) and adjusts as needed

--Cold Weather Flying now working. Please type /shapebind and add a check if you have Cold Weather Flying.
--BETA: Power-shift Travel-form. If you are in cheetah form, you should be able to hit your movement bind and shift from Cheetah-to-Cheeta (Break bonds?).
