Reactive Totems shows when to drop a specific totem based on if your party member has something curable from a totem.
Tremor Reminder shows a tremor totem icon on your screen if a mob you are targeting can cast fear. The list is customizable by adding or removing mob names.

- Every Earth Shield in the raid - target, caster and charges - in one frame
- Big on-screen numbers for your shield and Earth Shield charges that turn yellow, then red, as they run low
Totem Twisting
- Air Totem Twisting - Alternate Windfury with Grace of Air / Wrath of Air for maximum melee DPS
- Twist Timer - Countdown on the Air slot shows exactly when to drop Windfury again
- Warning Sound - Optional sound before the Windfury buff runs out
Raid Cooldowns (/spraid)
- Bloodlust/Heroism - Assign the caster and who calls it

The setup covers the essentials; the settings window goes much deeper. Colors and textures for every bar, per-element progress and pulse bars with their own positions and sizes, duration text placement, flyout directions, drop order and Drop All exclusions, macros that auto-update with your assignments, keybinds for everything, the loadout bar, pop-out trackers (middle-click any bar button to float it on its own), auto-hide rules, per-frame scale and opacity, sounds for every alert with a test button, and profiles you can back up or share as a string. If you can see it, you can probably change it.
