1. Added Preview Layout to Custom Icons: it hides the main panel and shows a full-screen grid. Drag the icons into place, then click Lock or press ESC to return to the main panel.
2. Improved preview interaction: left-click an icon to focus just that icon centered at its real size, right-click to show all again. When nothing is selected, all icons use one fixed size, so an enlarged icon no longer covers its neighbors.
3. Cooldown swipe, countdown text, stacks and glow are now set per icon. "Apply to all" copies the selected icon's full settings (including its size) to every icon, and a new Reset button with a confirmation dialog restores factory defaults in one click.
4. Factory defaults changed: icons now default to 40x40 and stacks are off by default (swipe, countdown text and glow stay on).
5. The Custom Icons editor background now follows the global background color and opacity in real time, while the preview icons themselves keep their black background.
6. UI fixes: the Custom Icons button toggles the editor on and off; long selected spell names, spell IDs and the empty-selection hint auto-shrink to fit on one line and are never truncated; the width/height boxes show the effective global size when not overridden; the "Pick from Journal" button in the dungeon module is wider, with the instance dropdown shifted right to match.
