1. New "Custom Icons" editor in the Buff Gained module: the left side shows a live preview of all icons as laid out on screen; click an icon to set its size, cooldown swipe, countdown text, stacks and glow individually on the right, or apply them to all at once. The related options previously scattered across the per-spell edit popups are consolidated here, and toggling an icon in the spell list updates the preview instantly without reopening the editor.
2. Buff icons now glow with a steady breathing pulse that fills the whole icon; the glow color can be Gold, White, Class color or any custom color (defaults to gold), with a new slight bounce on gain and a live preview in the editor.
3. Improved the Custom Icons editor: dragging by the title bar now tracks smoothly and stays on screen, the editor is mutually exclusive with other popups and closes with the main panel; a selected icon shows only a soft white wash over the whole icon, with no outer frame.
