Update v1.1.6:

- Adding Russian translation (thanks to ZamestoTV for offering his translation file).

- Updating the Interface value in the .toc file (was waiting on the main SUF plugin to do this, but that still hasn't happened, and this plugin works without issue in the latest WoW client)
