SPDT 2.0

Lots of small changes and an update to the 4.4.1 api.

New Features

• added a slider for spdt display scale in the options menu
• added a move spdt button in the options menu
• added a reset position button in the options menu
• added subcategory for buff table rather than using a button at the bottom.
• added reset stat weight button
• added toggle command to change addon visibility, show and hide remain working but are no longer listed.
• added Pawn EP import button (experimental feature)

Updates & Improvements

• changed old move popup to just be a normal wow popup
• changed the scale1-6 commands to a new scale command that takes a number from 1 to 11 after it.
• changed stats to now show decimals

Fixes

• fixed the hidden elements checkboxes to hide/show when toggled in the settings without requiring a reload
• fixed scroll bar on buff list
• fixed mind blast timer not hiding sometimes when out of combat
