    Bugfixes

    - Fixed bug that caused profit text to not always hide correctly
    - Changed pricing calls to prepare for a TSM update
    - If auctionator is also active, SGT CraftCost now hides auctionator's price info. This is based on the assumption that anyone who installs CraftCost would want to use it for what is currently it's only feature.
