    Added profit calculation

    - Fixed prices of the previous item being shown due to SGT being triggered before the blizzard UI updates after selecting a recipe.
    - Added expected profit, this shows how much you could make/lose based on the cheapest mat combination available (dbrecent) and the current price of the crafted items (dbmarket)
