    Fixed prices not always updating

    - Fixed prices not always updating after customizing the qualities of materials used
    - Prices now also update when ticking the use best quality reagents checkbox
    - Materials where one quality has no pricing data will no longer think that 0 is the cheapest price
    - Reduced some unnecessary duplicate function calls
