SexyMap Tracker Button Fix (Minimap Button Frame)

This fixes the problem that SexyMap and addon's like MinimapButtonFrame have when MBF can't grab the Tracker Icon from SexyMap!

- Rewrote the system that disables SexyMap's Button controls. Much better now!
  Basicly click the SexyMap's own disable tick boxes in it's own options screen!
  So no popup or reloading of the UI!
  * Also disabled the tickboxes to prevent the user enabling them again without
    knowing what it was for or that it would be disabled again silently.
  * Also apended "Disabled by SexyMapTrackerButtonFix" to the end (Coloured) so
    it's clear who disabled it!
- Updated debug settings in the enUS.lua
- Commented out the SavedVariables in the .toc as they are not needed any more
