Settings Forever 1.1.0

• Chat colors now really follow you. 1.0.0 read them from the wrong place and never kept them the same. The first time each character logs in with 1.1.0, characters whose chat colors differ offer to take yours.
• New option: "Offer Changes From My Other Characters" (Options > AddOns > Settings Forever > At Login). On by default, so nothing changes for you. Turn it off to skip the login popup and use "Apply My Settings" whenever you like.
• "Apply My Settings" tooltip now lists what's different on this character right now.
• Clicking Reload, Apply or Undo during combat no longer does nothing: the popup comes back when combat ends.
• Options on Blizzard sub-pages (e.g. Controls > Gamepad) are now listed under their own group instead of "Other Options".
• Settings Forever is in Blizzard's addons button by the minimap, as well as /sf.
• Now loads on Classic Era, TBC Anniversary, MoP Classic and Titan as well as Retail and WoW Forever (no more "out of date").
