Bug fix: Hack so that MainMenuBar_ToPlayerArt is not called when switching spec if it's not already shown (for some reason the call is not made if the TalentUI has been shown but is called from PlayerTalentFrame_OnEvent if the TalentUI has been loaded but not shown.)

Updating to 40000. CancelBuff action now needs an additional button click to remove it, this is done simply awaiting future revision. It's now more of a reminder than an action :( Similarly, Glyphs cannot be swapped in any addon as far as I can tell, that action now merely prints out a list of swaps you should make, but cannot make them using seperate buttons.
