Server Shutdown Alert

Pops up a message in the top center of your screen when a Server Shutdown message has been received. Useful for people like me who don't pay attention to the chat box.

At the top of the LUA file are easy to change setting for the message, colors, position, size, etc. if you want to customize it some.

Note: If you want to incorporate the functionality into your own addon, feel free to do so!
