Server Hop allows you to find objectives for your achievements, collections and quests with drasticly increased speed.

TL;DR: Support of this addon has now been discontinued. I've quit WoW.

During the past years this addon undergone a lot of changes. From being absolutely amazing, allowing you to farm rares, resources, achievements at like 50x time speeds in God knows where, to a manual button pressing, hoping that someone hosted an auto accept group, so you can maybe double your farm speed.

It was a fun project, but I thought that I would discontinue it when I was banned in November 2015 during WoD (not for ServerHop, but other reasons). However I was updating it from time to time using trial accounts or requesting my friends testing and it survived. Then Legion prepatch hit and broke the system. I made a whole new system, but it, well, sucked. It was good, I think, but people was used to a different things and didn't want that solution. It's really a miracle, that addon survived after 7.2.0 changes, but it did. And now another strike at 7.2.5. Slowly I lost my passion for this project with all those changes.

Unfortunately I don't have any more passion for World of Warcraft too since my main character with a 9 year long history has been banned a while back and trying to acquire everything for the second time is not fun. I've been playing a little bit in Legion, but mostly for this addon's sake.

Functionality

Press one button to transfer to a new realm you haven't been to.
Press it again to find another one. And another one.
Automatic group selection.
Automatic realm blacklisting.

Can be done with a macro

/run ServerHop_HopForward()

Leader blacklisting

Hold SHIFT while pressing The button (or macro) to ignore leader while leaving!
Clears after logout or when you press clear reset button.

Toggles with chat commands /serverhop and /sh or with a button in a LFG window.

SEARCH MODE WAS SEPARATED INTO ANOTHER ADDON

In MainFrame.lua replace the line:

ServerHop:RegisterEvent("DISCONNECTED_FROM_SERVER")

with:

--ServerHop:RegisterEvent("DISCONNECTED_FROM_SERVER")

In HopFrame.lua replace the line:

C_LFGList.ApplyToGroup(HopList[1], "", tank, heal, dd)

with:

C_LFGList.ApplyToGroup(HopList[1], tank, heal, dd)

And it should work for now.

It doesn't work unfortunately, the problem is the same as before: not jumping to any server, just waiting forever when the button pressed (or when the jump script used).

Would you elaborate a bit more to intercept the bugged script part please?

Ok, I got the bug. So it works but a different way as before. I thought it doesn't work because I tested it in Stormwind and it cannot join to groups that are in different zone than you. So as I was in SW and because there isn't a single group in the LFG which is in Stormwind I couldn't join to anything so it looked like as if the addon was still bugged.

But it's just changed that way. in the past it searched for groups in your current zone but if there's none it joined you to other groups then.

Anyway, the core function is working, so thank you for your fix!

No. RHA is NOT alternative. CRA is never a real hopping addon.

Maybe LFG is an working alternative. However, it is just similar not identical.

Can you server hop with search parameters?

I want to be able to server hop to each different realm groups that have in title "smoke" for example. How do I do this?
